THE DEPARTMENT STORE PRESENTS ART FOR EASTER

This year, The Department Store have enlisted the help of seven prolific and important New Zealand artists to help us celebrate Easter – and first up is a very special opportunity for children to meet and work with Tracey Tawhiao.

Tracey will be running two egg painting workshops for children, on Saturday March 23rd at 11am and 1pm, where she will share her skill and unique style and help our lucky kids to create a treasure of their own.

Along with Tracey, we have commissioned the following artists to decorate eggs which we’ll be sharing with you in the weeks leading up to March 29th (Good Friday); Karl Maughan, Sriwhana Spong, Jack Handly, Walters Prize winner Dan Arps, Imogen Taylor and Henrietta Harris.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracey and in the coming weeks you’ll meet the rest of our fabulous line up.

Be sure to email Alex at thedepartmentstore@naturebaby.co.nz or phone 09 489 5630 for details of Tracey’s workshop; open for bookings from today.
