Talita’s Kitchen Cakes Inspired by Simon James Design

After graduating with a BMus in Jazz Performance from the University of Auckland, Talita found that it was time to explore another one of her passions and travelled 18,000 kms from Auckland, to study cuisine and patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Graduating in 2012 with the “Grand Diplome” ranking first in Patisserie, Talita now keeps a journal of what happens in her kitchen, aptly named, “Talita’s Kitchen”.

Talita makes cakes inspired by design for the Simon James Wedding Journal. Her latest cheesecake creations looked to Jessica McCormack’s Diamond Bow Rings and she has also made a number of treats inspired by Curio Noir’s candles.
